Your order will be processed, boxed and shipped within 5 business days. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. If an item is out of stock we will make a note next to the product on our website. Order and Shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide us during the purchase process.
All prices on The Beauty Archive’s Website are quoted in Swedish kronor and are, except where otherwise indicated, including 25% Swedish VAT (moms). In accordance with the Swedish Tax Agency regulations, The Beauty Archive does not charge VAT on products that are bought from and exported to countries outside the European Union.
Prices shown in other currencies than Swedish kronor are subject of change and are depending on currency fluctuations which The Beauty Archive has no control over and can not take any responsibility for.
If you order from a country outside the European Union you may become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) payments. The Beauty Archive has no control over these charges since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We therefore recommend you to contact your local customs office for current charges before ordering from our website, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
We offer our customers safe payment via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account, you can make a direct payment by credit card.
We ship all orders via Swedish postal service Post Nord.
Estimated delivery times for orders placed within Sweden:
- 1-3 working days, excluding weekends and public Swedish holidays.
We provide international shipping to most countries. If you do not find your country listed, you are welcome to contact our customer service for further information.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail notification. Estimated delivery times (excluding weekends and public holidays):
- 2-4 working days for orders placed within the EU, excluding weekends and public Swedish holidays.
- 6-8 working days for orders placed outside the EU, excluding weekends and public Swedish holidays.
*Please note, you are responsible for any additional taxes and custom fees levied by your government upon importation and delivery.

Due to the freshness and hand made nature of our products we cannot accept any returns or exchanges at this time. If you by any reason wouldn’t be satisfied with a product, please contact our customer service without delay after receiving your order and we will help you out in the best way we can.
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel a recent order, please contact our customer service without delay at email@example.com. *Please note that we are unable to refund the shipping and handling fees on processed orders.
